Please note that these will be coached lessons with a strict limit of children. One hour sessions are only available for those with a minimum ability of a 200m swim; thirty minute swims are available for all abilities. The lessons will focus on coaching technique for triathlon swimming, it is not a swim school and there will be no badges available.
